A four month placement in Nepal costs: £3435
Extra month (after fourth month) £150 subject to availability.

What is Provided?

• Informal interview and briefing
• 2-day pre-departure course covering medical, safety and placement advice
• Help and advice from our UK office before departure and whilst in Nepal
• Advice on obtaining a visa
• Finding you a suitable volunteer placement in Nepal
• Return ticket to Nepal with flexible return date (modest fee levied by airline for date changes). Reduced price if you find your own way from UK to Kathmandu
• Food and accommodation during placement
• Support from the Oyster local representative, who will meet you at the airport and offer help and support when you need it
• Hotel based orientation course on arrival in Kathmandu with Nepali language tuition and British Embassy visit
• Inclusive 10 day Himalayan trek, 10 day Tibet tour, 3 day river rafting and Chitwan safari (excluding some food; £200, dependent on style)
• Transportation from the airport to Kathmandu and to your school.
