Oyster has links with the Arusha Times, a weekly English-language newspaper in the bustling town of Arusha. You will be working with a friendly bunch of people, mainly working in an internet café in town and sending your articles to the editor- but your creative license is your own, and you can really get stuck in with what you want to write.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get some really worthwhile work experience whilst living in an exciting location as part of a group of other volunteers. Get involved in other volunteering projects that Oyster run, from teaching in local primary or secondary schools, coaching sports to helping out in the local orphanage.
