Things to consider:
- Time-Sensitive Confirmation: Once we’ve provided you with a quote, we can only hold the tickets for a limited time. To confirm your booking and lock in the price, you’ll need to be ready to approve the details within 24 hours and ideally on the day that we send you the quote. This quick confirmation allows us to secure your spot before prices change or seats are sold. We also ask that you allow a minimum of 4 weeks before your departure date to organise the flights.
- Long Haul Only: We are currently offering this service only for long haul flights, so if you are not travelling long-haul we recommend you contact our partners at FlightCentre directly (you can do this through My Oyster) or book the flights yourself, according to the guidelines outlined in the ‘My Flights’ section of your My Oyster portal.
- Admin Fee: Our flight booking service is designed to be fair and straightforward. For independent travellers, we charge a small £30 admin fee per booking. However, if you are a family, this service is completely free of charge.
- Added Financial Protection: When you book your flights through us, you get the added peace of mind that comes with our ATOL protection. This is a significant benefit that gives you financial security in case of a business’s failure. It’s an extra layer of protection that you don’t typically get when booking directly with an airline or through a comparison website like SkyScanner
- Flexibility: Booking through us or any agent may make it harder for you to make changes if needed once you have booked, so please be absolutely sure that these are the flights you want before you confirm them with us. If you want more flexibility with making changes to your flights, we recommend that you book with an airline directly.
- Travel Insurance: Please note ATOL protection is not a form of Travel Insurance, so you are strongly advised to purchase Travel Insurance after booking your flights, to make sure you have cover for medical issues and cancellations if they should arise.
