Absolutely! Most of our travellers join solo, and this tour is a fantastic way to meet new friends from around the world.
We stay in clean, social hostels with the option to upgrade to private rooms in select cities (Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Rio). In them, you’ll have all bedding provided for you, so no need to bring anything extra!
Some accommodation you may stay in includes:
- Viajero Buenos Aires Hostel (Buenos Aires)
- Antarctica Hostel (Ushuaia, Patagonia)
- Tucan Hostel (Iguazú)
- O de Casa Hostel (São Paulo)
- Ipanema Beach Hostel (Rio de Janeiro)
If you’d like to upgrade your stay, double/twin rooms are available for £650 between two, while a single room upgrade is £1,250.
Not at all. Your Adventure Leader will help with translations, and you’ll even get a beginner’s Spanish class in Buenos Aires.
This trip includes some moderate activity like hiking and cycling. Most activities are beginner-friendly, and you can ask to opt out of anything too intense.
While we get a huge range of people on our tours, we tend to see that our adventure tours are most popular with people in their mid-20s to late 30s. The maximum group size is 20 people.
Yes! We can arrange for transfers to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, for £55 in Buenos Aires and £30 in Rio de Janeiro.
Why should I do this?
This tour is perfect for people who might be short on time and unable to take a whole month off to explore, the other side of the globe.
All logistics are handled by expert guides, so you can focus on enjoying the experience without the stress. Whether travelling solo or with friends, you’ll join a like-minded group and make lifelong memories along the way. Along the way you’ll get a chance to explore UNESCO World Heritage sites, national parks – and even a New Wonder of the World!
